SKJ Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or modify your appointment up to 5 hours before your appointment without charge.
Canceling with less than 5 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and you will be charged 50% of the service, unless you re-book for the same day.
Appointments booked within 5 hours of the appointment are still subject to the Cancellation Policy.
SKJ 15 min no show policy
If you show up 15 or more minutes late or do not show up at all, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the full price of the scheduled service.
SKJ late arrival policy
Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service, even if there’s not enough time to complete the service in full.
SKJ Re-book Policy
You can re-book your appointment for a different time on the same day without charge.
SKJ Confirmation Text Policy
If you don't respond to the confirmation text sent 24 hours before your appointment, your slot could be given to another client.
