You can cancel or modify your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment without charge.

Canceling or modifying with less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and you will be charged 50% of the service.

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the appointment are still subject to the Cancellation Policy.

If you do not cancel and do not show up for your appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service, even if there’s not enough time to complete the service in full.

You can re-book your appointment for a different time on the same day but you WILL be charged as a late cancelation, which is 50% of your service, since it is past the 24 hours cancelation policy.

If you don't respond to the confirmation text sent 24 hours before your appointment, your slot could be given to another client.
